Mustafa Qaisi, P.E.

Mustafa Qaisi is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with over 15 years of experience in construction materials engineering, field inspection, and quality control across infrastructure and commercial projects.

He currently serves as Assistant District Materials Engineer at the Iowa Department of Transportation, providing engineering oversight, specification interpretation, and compliance review for construction materials and roadway systems.

Prior experience includes project engineering and materials testing leadership at Terracon Consultants, where he managed field investigations, technical reporting, laboratory testing, and quality assurance programs across multiple commercial and infrastructure projects.

• IFC Firestop Inspector Certification – Credential No. 135694190
